Assalamualaikum, Bonjour, Anyeong Haseyo,
so, finally i'm back..after a long busy and hectic weeks, i get to write new entry for my blog. so what is actually happen during my absence of not writing blog is i broke up with my boyfriend. it was devastating and heart broken but i got over it already. heart broken is a really dangerous if it doesn't find how to cope with it. some people just wanna feel to die because they cannot be with their love ones. STOP if you have that kind of thought because life is precious, just don't waste it on some bitch or assholes.
well, like i said i have got over this heart broken thing. it was sad at first but later, everything is fine..as long as u don't think of doing anything stupid.. here, i list out several tips on how to get through heart break
1. Accepting what happen n move on..
it is true that its hard to forget the person that we love the most, spent time the most, and feel the most. once you have broken heart, accept what happen and be patience because TIME will mend the broken heart. if u can't accept what is happen, just think that u were free from a terrible monster, or some assholes who try to stab your back. Don't worry. you will find someone better and its worth to wait for it
2. spend times with happy people
spending times with happy people is good especially u were sad n gloomy for 24/7 non-stop. this is because happy people release positive charge n create a happening environment. it will makes us feel happy too. and who knows u might find some hottie flirting and fall for you.
3. make plans
make plans for your going to do and want you want to do. for example, travelling, or taking any extreme sport. it will makes u busy and forgot about your exes. and feel alive to do achieve your to-do lists.
4. avoid sad, sappy song
i, myself believe in this one. this is from my experience and it eventually work. imagining yourself driving, or sit on a bus while listen to sad song. it will be free-production, non-profitable music video. trust me, i've been there. happy song do works and retain your good mood and happiness. or maybe just bust into any good club or party, it will help to forget him/her.
5. just open yourself to a new relationship but don't just 'rebound'
the meaning of rebound is attaching to or overly attached to. having a new relationship may help you to fill the 'emptiness' that you feel after heartbroken but just don't to attached with the person because you surely don't wanna get hurt for second time.
so, that is all the tips from me,just be strong and show to the jerk that dump you that you can do well without him.. life comes only once and its precious.. as for me, still healing but fine.. and happy with myself.. it just make me realize that i am more than what i think..thank you, heartbroken
